I was torn between a few coats and picked this one because I think double breasted is just that much classier. I could have gone down a size or two in most areas, but I have monkey arms and the arms are perfect so I'm glad I didn't. It's heavy and swingy, I can tell it will be warm, love the shawl collar. My children are fighting over it now. It does have a plasticky dye smell, but I expect that to dissipate quickly.
