It fits to the to the upper hip with a cute peplum. It fastens at the front via small black dome buttons. Coming in black, its covered in our bespoke, ditsy floral print of beautiful red roses attached to leafy stems. We think it looks great with our Agatha Plain Pencil Skirt, and add the finishing touches with our Pauline Heart Shape Earrings!
