Hi, I’d like to tell family and friends that they could get me an e-gift voucher for Christmas but it says they will have to pay delivery on it? Can they not just buy an electronic voucher and print it off or write the code in a card or something? Thanks!

Hi there, yes what you are saying is exactly how our gift vouchers do work and there will be no delivery charge for the E-voucher as this is sent to the buyers email and nothing is received by post.

Hi,
I used to be able to specify an amount on the gift card however, that no longer seems to be an option. It might seem like a silly question but how much are the new gift cards worth (£39.99 seems like an odd amount)?

Hi there, our gift cards start at £10 and are then available in £25 £50 £75 £100 £125 and £125.
If you wish to purchase £40 you add 4x £10 gift cards to your basket

We are very sorry but our Gift vouchers are given in way of a unique code, this code can only be used online and not in our stores as our systems differ. We are sorry if this causes any disappointment.

Hi there,
I was told I could choose a voucher for myself from work and I would love to choose collectif, but the amount I was given is £30. If I would get 3x£10 can I use them all on a single shopping or is it 1 code=1 shopping?

Gift vouchers are E-vouchers and are issued in the way of a code, if 3x£10 are purchased you will receive 3xcodes but all can be used in a single transaction.
