Wholesale Terms & Delivery Information


In addition to any other relevant terms and conditions mentioned on our website, the following T&Cs are applicable to our wholesale customers:

 

  1. Wholesale orders will only be dispatched once payment has been made and received in full. For bank transfers, it may take up to 5 working days for the transaction to clear and your payment to reach our account. No orders will be dispatched until such time as your payment has cleared into our bank account.
  2. Displaying goods with a price on Collectif web shop is an invitation to treat only.An automated sent order confirmation is merely the confirmation of the customer’s offer receipt and not acceptance by Collectif .Unless and until Collectif sent an email with the commercial invoice no contract is made between Collecitf and the buyer.
  3. Unless otherwise agreed and offered by us, any order will be charged the correct postage (as stated below).
  4. The Seller's liability, if any, in respect of failure to deliver the Goods in time, or at all, shall not in any event exceed the amount of any fall in the value of the Goods between the date when it should have been delivered and the dates on which it was in fact delivered or when the contract was concluded, as the case may be. In no circumstances (and whether or not involving negligence) shall the Seller be liable for any loss of profit or third party claims or consequential or other loss of whatever nature arising from such failure.
  5. Due to a technical error or for any reason beyond control, if an order is charged with the wrong price, Collectif will notify the customer ASAP and send the invoice with the correct price. Customer will then have choices to accept the new price or cancel the order.
  6. We send all our parcels using secure and insured parcel services. Tracking details can be provided on request. However, as long as we can prove delivering the items to the address provided by the customer, no claim of loss, damage or non-delivery is acceptable.
  7. Please be advised that the Company is currently in administration but continues to trade. Consequently, retail prices have been reduced to reflect this situation.
    Effective from 09 July 2024, our usual returns policy is void. While trading in administration, the Company will not accept any returns or exchanges.
    We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during this challenging time.
  8. After receiving an order we will dispatch it at the earliest opportunity (1-2 working days). Please see below for our estimated delivery times (from the date of dispatch): 
    1. UK Mainland: 2-4 working days
    2. EU: 2-6 working days 
    3. Rest of the World: 3-7 working days (Custom clearance delay excluded ) 

    The above delivery times are estimates only. Should any delay occur for any reason you will be notified either by us or by the relevant shipping company. We currently use DPD for UK Mainland deliveries and DHL for International deliveries.

  9. Buyers can arrange to collect their own goods by contacting the wholesale team directly at wholesale@collectif.co.uk. We will not be held liable (for missing/damage) once the goods are given to the buyer’s nominated courier.
  10. For any special delivery instructions, the wholesale team must be contacted in advance and an agreement made between both parties.

  1. For International orders, buyers are liable to pay their own import duty or any relevant taxes as required by the law of their land.

RRP:

  1. Wholesale customers of Collectif across the world are encouraged to sell any Collectif (or its sister brands’) item at our suggested retail price which can be found on www.collectif.co.uk. This is to keep the retail platform fairly competitive and maintain a level playing field among all retailers.
  2. Unless otherwise agreed in an email Collectif is not liable to pay duty (in the UK) for any goods returned to us (excluding any items found to be faulty – please see below). 

Faulty/Incorrect items

We do of course do our very best to ensure that every item we dispatch is of the highest quality. And we are one of the UK’s most renounced companies who take pride in delivering best quality clothing.   However, mistakes, unfortunately, do happen. Should you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email wholesale@collectif.co.uk with this information, so that we can authorise your return. We will send out your correct item as soon as we receive the incorrect item at our warehouse.

Collectif is happy to cover return postage for any faulty items; please include proof of postage in an email to the address above and you will be reimbursed ASAP.

Any return has to come with the return form added into the parcel, please contact wholesale@collectif.co.uk  to have a copy of such form to be sent to you. 

Exclusivity 

  1. Collectif does not offer brand exclusivity to any of its customer regardless of their amount or time spent with us. We have several customers in one city and it works absolutely fine for all of them. 
  2. Should any detail (including the VAT number) of any customer is changed, this has to be communicated to Collectif immediately and need adding (by the customer) on his/her on line Collectif account profile. 
  3. Failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions stated above will result in immediate suspending or cancelling the account permanently.
  4. Collectif  wholesale works with professional companies only.Every wholesale customers' data are checked on a regular basis to ensure the quality of the stockists .
  5. Collectif reserves the right of stop supplying to any of its customers at any time and will be under no obligation to disclose the reason.
  6. Due to any unavoidable reason, Collectif reserves the right of cancelling any order received online or through any other method at any time. Should this occur the customer would receive the refund (if the order was paid) in full as soon as the order is cancelled. 
  7. None of the above should affect the statutory rights of any party.
