the fur looks real. can you verify that it is fake? ( unfortunately most imported fur trims are falsely declared as polyester, although they are dog fur from China ( Most buyers are not aware of this. It is cheaper to sell real dog fur to the the western market, as to create fake fur). The best way to avoid this dilemma is just not adding any fur whether fake or not to any of our fashion items.

The coat is lined but not heavily padded, this coat is not waterproof so not recommended for heavy rainfall.

Are the size 10 and size 12 the same measurements as the size chart for wovens? IE size 10 is Bust 35inch waist 28 inch and hips 37 and three quarters? Or are they more generous as outerwear? I'm between 10 n 12 n not sure what size to get...thanks

For coats we do recommend that if you plan to wear thicker layers underneath that you may wish to size up. If you are between sizes we recommend that you size up also.
