Returns Policy

We understand it’s difficult to make decisions, and sometimes things aren't quite what we expect. If you're not entirely happy with an item(s) you have purchased online you can return them.

Please return unwanted items to us within 28 days.

All returns must be received in a resalable condition with the original tags still attached, unworn, free from stains, odours, pet hair and undamaged in the original packaging.

Should you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 15 working days.

Return Conditions

All items returned must be in a re-sellable condition. This means the returned item(s) must be unworn, free of stains, odours and animal hair. Item(s) must not be damaged and must be returned with the original COLLECTIF tags still attached or box.

Returns received damaged or soiled may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

UK Return - How it Works

1 - Package your item(s) in one bag.

2 - Complete the required fields on the dispatch note*, and pop it inside.

3 - Please ensure that all fields are completed; missing information will delay your refund being processed.

4 - Pay for your return postage via a tracked service. Please obtain a proof of postage receipt and keep it until you have received your refund.

EU & International Returns - How it Works

Returns Exclusions

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any cosmetics, face masks, hosiery, lingerie, or pierced jewellery as returns.

Swimwear must be tried over underwear, and hygiene seals must be intact.

If any items are received in an unsellable condition, they will be returned to you.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with the fit and wish to purchase an alternative size we kindly ask you to place a new separate order and return the unwanted item.

Store Returns

Please note we do not accept returns of garments purchased from our stores online.

Please return your item(s) to the nearest Collectif store with proof of purchase within the 28 days of for a refund or exchange. For updated information on opening times, head to our store page

Do you offer free returns?

We are always striving to keep our prices fair, honest and competitive to provide you with the best possible service we can.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide FREE returns and kindly ask you to read our Return Policy before making a purchase.

You are responsible for the cost of the return postage, which is non-refundable unless the item(s) sent are incorrect or faulty.

What is Collectif's returns policy?

Under ‘The Consumer Contracts Regulations’ 2014 (UK), online orders can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery. We have extended this to 28 calendar days providing a reasonable timeframe for you to return unwanted item(s) to us.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to return your order by email to hello@collectiflondon.comdetailing your name, address and order number.

How long do I have to send my parcel back? 

You must return your order/item(s) to us within 28 days. We recommend you send your return with a signed for service with insurance and retain your receipt as proof.

All returns MUST have a return form enclosed to allow easy identification and prompt processing. You can find your returns form included in your parcel. If you have misplaced your form, please email hello@collectiflondon.com and we’ll be happy to send you a replacement.

When should I expect my refund? 

Upon receipt of your return we will refund the full price you paid for the item(s). If you cancel your order before the item(s) have been shipped, then you will receive a full refund including the original delivery charges.

Please kindly note, it can take up to 21 days for a return to be processed once we have received your parcel.

If you have not received your refund after 21 days, please email hello@collectiflondon.comwith your return tracking number and our team will look into this for you.

All refunds are made to the same method of payment used on the original transaction. Item(s) returned beyond 28 days will not be eligible for a refund.
