The belt needs more generous holes for a size 18+ dress - the loosest hole is actually too tight for the dress when wearing it. If you were a 20+ then I'm not sure the belt would fasten.
Dress fits fine and is good quality, thick material that doesn't need ironing if you dry it hung up.
