I bought a second Polly Express as I love the fabric design and the cut of the dress. I have given 4 stars rather than 5 based on my previous feedback for the design team. The belt loops need to be higher, as the pull on the skirt material has a tendency to pull threads loose.
Otherwise it is a gorgeous design.

Dress is very long and looked like a maxi on me so i had to take it in
