How do I create an account?

Please see below on how to create an account if you are using the website:

  • In the top right corner of the Collectif Homepage, please select the My Account Icon,
  • Click on Account (Person Icon)
  • You will then be taken to a form that you must complete and enter a password for your account.
  • When you click confirm you will be sent an account activation email.
  • Once verified a welcome email will be sent to inform you that your account has been completed successfully.

I have forgotten my password

Please see below on how to reclaim your password if you have forgotten it:

  • In the top right corner of the Homepage, please select the My Account Icon,
  • Click on Account (Person Icon)
  • You will then be taken to a login page, where underneath the password box you will find a link to 'forgotten your password'
  • Click here and re-set your password using your registered email.

How do I make changes to my account?

You can change the details on your account at any time.

To make changes, login to your account by clicking on the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the page.

Once you're logged in you can make as many changes to your account as you like.

Why can’t I see my previous orders in my account?

Collectif has just relaunched under new ownership and unfortunately, we are unable to carry over customers legacy data or orders that were placed on the old website with Collectif.co.uk.ltd.

How do I delete my account?

We are very sorry to hear that you wish to delete your account. Please email us at hello@collectiflondon.com and a member of our customer support team will help you.

I need help signing into my account.

  • Ensure you use the same email address and password you registered with.
  • If you need help remembering your password, click the 'forgotten password' link on the sign-in page. You'll be prompted to enter your email address, and we'll send you an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password for your account.
  • If you enter your email address and/or password incorrectly three times, your account will be locked for 30 minutes.

If you still can't sign in after this, contact our Customer Care Team and give them as much detail as you can about the issue, including screenshots of any error message you receive and what you've done so far to try to resolve the issue at hand.

Representation - Is what I see on screen true to character?

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

We shoot our garments on a range of different models to show a cross section of all customer shapes and sizes.

Can I download images to my computer?

You are permitted to make one copy of imagery from the website for the purposes of viewing for your own personal use.

However, the website and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating.

All content including third party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights are protected by national intellectual property and other laws and international treaty provisions. 

Any reproduction or redistribution of any content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
