Eligibility
Wholesale accounts are available to registered businesses only. Proof of business registration and a valid trading address may be required before an account can be opened. We reserve the right to decline any wholesale application at our discretion.

Minimum Order Value
A minimum order value of £1,000 applies to all wholesale orders. This is calculated on wholesale prices before shipping.

Pricing
Wholesale pricing is available to approved accounts only and is not for redistribution. Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

Shipping
All orders are shipped on a Free On Board (FOB) basis. The buyer assumes full responsibility for shipping costs, import duties, customs fees, and any applicable taxes from the point of dispatch. Collectif is not liable for any delays, losses, or additional costs incurred during transit or customs clearance. Shipping cost will be calculated once an order has been placed, and added to your invoice.

Dropshipping
Dropshipping is strictly prohibited. Wholesale stock must be purchased outright, held by the buyer, and fulfilled directly by the buyer's business. Any account found to be operating a dropshipping model will be terminated immediately and any outstanding orders cancelled.

Resale
Wholesale stock must be sold through the buyer's own registered retail channels only. Resale via third party marketplaces including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, and Vinted is not permitted without prior written agreement from Collectif.

Returns
All wholesale orders are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale purchases unless goods are received damaged or faulty, in which case claims must be raised within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

Payment
We accept bank transfer and approved payment methods confirmed at the time of account setup. Once an order has been placed, we will be in touch to agree terms.

Brand Guidelines
Wholesale customers must adhere to Collectif brand guidelines when presenting and marketing products. Imagery, copy, and presentation must be approved by Collectif before use where required. Misrepresentation of the brand or products may result in account termination.

Agreement
By placing a wholesale order you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.
