    Great bag

Lovely item. Let down by postage. Would be 5stars except I was disappointed to find the postage was 2nd class which only gets delivered every 3 days and only covers up to £20 so concerned for future orders if I’m purchasing over a £20 value. When I reached out to Collectif the customer service was great and they reached out to Royal Mail and kept me updated. I will continue to order from the site and pop to the store when I’m in London
