    Unusually, I found this to be too generous in sizing. I would advise double-checking measurements and sizing down if needed

    I bought this in 12 as I found surprisingly found the 14 too big. It is unusual for Collectif sizing to be slightly too generous.

    Cute sleeves and shoulder pads

    This blouse fours so nicely-proper fitted cut and lovely sleeves! Love it has shoulder pads for that extra lovely fit and heightened cute look. The buttons are such a cute pink as well. Recommend as a work shirt or as a cute shirt over jeans
