Really cute fabric

Still Undelivered after 4 weeks—Very Customer Poor Service
Collectif has not provided timely responses nor actionable responses on my order and it still being held for additional taxes. Emails offering a two day business response take over a week with reminders from me. After charging me $25 to ship (a sale item worth $41), plus additional duty, they are now suggesting I also owe VAT but have not been able to respond with how much or to whom.
